

Our Story
Craig and Bridget’s journey in the restaurant and hospitality industry has been one of passion, dedication, and a shared vision for creating meaningful culinary experiences.
Craig began his career in restaurants at a young age and quickly honed his skills, eventually earning his associate’s degree from the Culinary Institute of America. Over the years, he has worked his way through various roles in the kitchen, from Sous Chef to Executive Chef, and ultimately as a Culinary Director.

Bridget’s career in the restaurant industry began in 2011 when she started as a server. Over time, she expanded her skill set, gaining experience as a bartender and a manager. With a natural aptitude for customer service and a deep understanding of the restaurant environment, Bridget became a trusted leader in the spaces she worked in.
Together, Craig and Bridget have built a life centered around their young family, spending the last 5 years exploring various family-friendly venues. Through their experiences, they noticed a gap in the market—while there were plenty of places for kids to play, few offered opportunities for children to actively engage in learning life skills, particularly through food. These insights inspired them to launch justBE kitchen, an open kitchen venue offering cooking classes and catered parties for all ages. With Craig’s culinary expertise and Bridget’s experience in the service industry, they are excited to create a space where families can come together to explore, learn, and grow through food.
